ORDERS
Orders can be placed via the shopping cart on this website, email or phone.  Placing an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section. Hungry Mama will confirm your order by email.  You will receive order confirmation and invoice via email.  Hungry Mama reserves the right to substitute a product temporarily unavailable for a product of equal or greater value.  Hungry Mama's agreement with you commences once full payment has been received and Hungry Mama confirms your order.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled up to the time of gift despatch without incurring a fee. Should an order be cancelled after gift despatch a fee of up to $60 will apply.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Hungry Mama urgently on +61 2 8021 5081.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unfortunate event that a gift is damaged during delivery, please contact Hungry Mama to arrange for the gift to be returned and a replacement gift sent.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
While all care is taken to confirm that the gift recipient is still in hospital prior to gift despatch, should she be discharged prior to gift delivery, a fee will be charged for re-direction to an alternate address.  Please ensure you have the correct hospital details, particularly where a public and private hospital share the same address.  Click here for our full delivery policy.

HOME DELIVERIES
Due to the perishable nature of some items in Hungry Mama gifts, we cannot guarantee the safety of these goods if not refrigerated immediately on arrival.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you confirm the gift recipient (or a person over 18 years of age) will be home to receive the goods on delivery. SALE OF LIQUOR
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.  For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.

GST INFORMATION
All products and delivery fees quoted on this site are inclusive of GST (where applicable).
